With unlimited communication throughout your planning, we walk hand-in-hand with you through every decision to ensure quality, stress-free decision-making, and the best vendors for your aesthetic and priorities.

This package includes the rehearsal dinner and wedding day planning and coordination + 1 additional wedding weekend event such as a bridal luncheon, welcome party or farewell brunch.
- Creation of a Wedding Budget and oversight that is customized and trackable based on vision and budget parameters discussed.
- Management of vendor team selection to gather the perfect dream team.

Unlimited direct consultation (by phone, email and face to face) which will include: advice and assistance in choosing all vendors including venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, officiant, florist, DJ/band, bakery, rentals (linens, tableware, furniture, tents), stationery, ground transportation (bridal party and guest transportation for the wedding day), attire for wedding party, favors, ceremony musicians, hair and makeup and any other specialty vendors (photo booth, lighting, etc)

Schedule and attend vendor meetings (virtually and in person) and provide guidance on decision making.

Review all vendor contracts prior to client signing and advise of any suggested revisions.

Planning is harder than it looks! Partial Service Planning is for the client who enjoys the planning experience and has already taken the lead but would like assistance with the design aspects to bring the overall aesthetic desires to reality!
Unique Partial Package Highlights

Help with vendor team sourcing in the key categories specifically related to design aspects (Floral, Rentals, Stationery) and 1 additional vendor of the client’s choice.

Creation of a Wedding Budget Estimate based on current committed and projected expenses. Updates and Vendor Payments to be managed by the family.

Research + general advice as needed on issues of etiquette in regards to wedding planning.

Coordination Package | $6,900
What else you can expect from our Partial Package

Creation of a Design Concept including (2) specific design meetings to discuss a custom design based on your style. This includes help with color schemes, layout, stationary and logo designs, etc. A custom Design Board will be created to make your vision come to life. This includes room diagram and seating arrangement options, floral design concepts, lighting design, furniture, draping, rentals linens and potential custom build designs. We will work with you through feedback and revisions to develop the plans to reflect your vision and budget.
